The judging process will be decided on the basis of a points system awarded by the jury which comprises respected professionals in the industry and members of the Auto Monitor Editorial team. The jury is a blend of youth and experience which we believe will deliberate and finally, select the very best in various award categories.

While the editorial team will come up with potential nominees, we have invited applications for three categories, which include Corporate Social responsibility, Human Resources Initiative and Young Acheiver.

The jury members would have to evaluate the nominees based on several criteria for each award category. Each member of the jury would be given 10 points to be distributed among the three criteria. Each of the criteria would have a predefined weightage attached to it and the winner would be decided on a weighted average method
